1-year warranty on all parts from the date of installation, subject to normal use and applicable warranty terms.
Covered components: All purifier parts are covered for 1 year under normal operating conditions.
Conditions and exclusions: Warranty applies under normal use. Physical damage, misuse, external electrical/plumbing issues and damage caused by unsuitable inlet-water conditions are excluded. For inlet TDS above 1500 ppm, a High-TDS configuration is required at an additional ₹2,000.
Service support is provided based on customer location. Local and non-local service terms may vary depending on travel, distance and serviceability.
Standard installation is free. Additional plumbing, electrical work, special fittings or materials, if required at site, may be chargeable.
